Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding and guiding team members to align with company values and site procedures.
• Support scheduling and shift management to ensure adequate staffing and fair workload.
• Promote a positive team culture and recognize achievements.
• Greet customers and promote memberships and services to enhance engagement and retention.
• Check equipment daily and report issues to the Site Leader; maintain safety and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking; suggest operational improvements.
