Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing a team is preferred.

• Ability to upsell services and promote memberships.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a welcoming, valued experience on every visit.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and support scheduling and shifts.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other services.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and report insights.
• Check equipment, maintain safety, and oversee daily operations.
