Job summary

SDI, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to direct a client location, overseeing purchasing, receiving, inventory control, technology, personnel, and facilities. The role reports to the Operations Manager and aims to achieve Best in Class storeroom operations and site profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in leadership over hourly staff, strong P&L experience, and hands-on management style. Proficiency in ERP and MS Office is essential, with Six Sigma or Lean knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role over hourly/clerlical workers in service industry (industrial/manufacturing/commercial).
• P&L management experience required.
• Hands-on manager willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
• Six Sigma knowledge preferred; Lean Manufacturing and related methodologies are considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service levels meet goals per SDI contract.
• Check and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow all SDI and client safety protocols.
• Deliver site profitability to contracted goals.
• Provide weekly forecasts.
