Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking a Site Operations/Procurement Manager to oversee daily MRO storeroom operations, optimize inventory levels, and analyze spend for cost savings. You will collaborate across departments, drive customer satisfaction, and report results to the client per contractual KPIs.

The role emphasizes negotiating, managing multi-disciplinary projects, and achieving value through process improvements within contractual terms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years purchasing MRO commodities (electrical, PVF, filters, power transmission).
• 3+ years supervising staff onsite.
• Proficiency with procurement processes and CMMS/EAM software.
• Proficiency with CMMS/EAM software and RS SYNC system.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site MRO storeroom operations and inventory control per SOP.
• Ensure safety rules are observed and documented.
• Manage client relationships and resolve delivery issues with vendors.
• Execute purchasing and maintain data integrity in SYNC and client systems.
• Handle procurement processes to optimize costs and maintain data integrity in SYNC.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic and tactical plans.
• Monitor storeroom inventory and implement inventory reduction programs.
• Prepare regular reports and drive corrective actions and process improvements.
• Communicate with site buyers and managers to leverage resources.
• Follow supplier programs and work with corporate to maximize value for the client.
• Provide KPI reporting and performance reviews as required.
• Develop vendor relationships for better pricing and opportunities.
• Follow standard operating procedures and seek process improvements.
• Coordinate invoicing with Finance and monitor AR.
• Engage with customers to expand program offerings.
• Build knowledge of customer operations to tailor RS services.
• Become proficient in SYNC and client systems.
• Understand procurement workflows and supervise Inventory Specialists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
