Job summary

TA Services in Indiana is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the safety program and daily operations at the site. You will lead a team, ensure safety standards, and work closely with customers to meet expectations.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a relevant field and 3–5 years in safety or operations, with experience in warehouse environments and familiarity with WMS and logistics software. OSHA 30 preferred; CSP/CIH preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in safety/operations management in a warehouse setting.
• Experience with warehouse operations and logistics software.
• Familiarity with safety programs; OSHA 30 preferred; CSP/ASP/CIH preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
