Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or college degree a plus.
• ASE certification within twelve months.
• Ability to manage two or more people and delegate.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• Leadership experience in automotive aftermarket industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and parts research tools.
• Willingness to learn and apply company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide management assistance in IBS location(s).
• Manage inventory, protect assets, and maintain stockroom organization.
• Lead and develop local team, ensuring high performance.
• Coordinate with customer management to meet service level goals.
• Source parts via approved IBS vendors and manage pricing/returns.
• Ensure safety, hazmat training, and policy compliance.
• Operate POS system and catalog parts accurately.
