Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead a large shift on a major site. You will supervise supervisors, technicians, and operators, ensuring adherence to procedures and driving performance during the shift.

The role emphasizes coaching, training, and developing staff while maintaining quality standards and a safe, compliant working environment. Experience in manufacturing processes and data-driven improvements is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 year of supervisory/ management experience of production staff.
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience of production staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive production staff performance by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
• Coach, counsel, discipline, motivated, encourage and train entry level employees.
• Maintain staff by training employees; and developing personal growth opportunities
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repair: evaluate new equipment and techniques
• Provide operational information by compiling, initiating, sorting and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures Operate with complex spreadsheets
