Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years supervisory/management experience of production staff.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to present to groups.
• Industry familiarity with manufacturing/production processes and metrics.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or related process-improvement exposure.
• PMP/PMI experience or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach production staff; set expectations and monitor results.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor equipment operation and coordinate repairs or upgrades.
• Analyze production performance data and respond to inquiries.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.
