Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience of production staff
• 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience of production staff

Responsibilities

• Drive production staff performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising results
• Coach, counsel, discipline, motivate, encourage and train entry level employees
• Maintain staff by training employees and developing personal growth opportunities
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repair and evaluating new equipment and techniques
• Provide operational information by compiling, initiating, sorting and analyzing production performance records and data
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on equipment use and maintaining compliance with policies
