Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead a shift on a large site operation, supervising supervisors, technicians, and staff. You will ensure procedures are followed, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement across production processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years of supervisory experience, and strong communication, Lean/Six Sigma exposure, and data-driven decision making. This is an on-site role with a focus on manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience of production staff.
• Strong written and oral communication in a professional environment.
• Experience with manufacturing or process management (5S, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience tracking metrics or enforcing performance for a large team.

Responsibilities

• Drive production staff performance by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising results.
• Coach, counsel, discipline, motivate and train entry level employees.
• Maintain staff by training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
• Ensure operation of equipment by coordinating repairs and evaluating new equipment/techniques.
• Provide operational information by compiling, initiating, sorting and analyzing production data.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by education and direction on equipment use.
