Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead a shift on a large site operation, supervising supervisors and technicians and ensuring adherence to procedures and safety standards. You will coach staff, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1-3 years of supervisory experience, and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma; strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years supervisory/management experience of production staff preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing or process management (5S, Lean, Six Sigma) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive production staff performance by communicating expectations, planning and appraising results.
• Coach, counsel, discipline, motivate and train entry level employees.
• Maintain staff by training and developing personal growth opportunities.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing standards.
• Ensure operation of equipment by arranging repairs and evaluating new equipment.
