The Adecco Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead a shift on a large manufacturing site. The role provides leadership to supervisors, technicians, and staff, ensuring procedures are followed and continuous improvement is pursued.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of supervisory experience in production, with seasoned knowledge in Lean/Six Sigma and data-driven decision making. Energetic, analytical leaders are encouraged to apply.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory/management experience of production staff.
• Experience with manufacturing or process management (5S, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience tracking metrics or enforcing performance for a large team.

Aufgaben

• Drive production staff performance by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising results.
• Coach, counsel, discipline, motivate and train entry-level employees.
• Maintain staff through training and development opportunities.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing standards.
• Ensure operation of equipment and evaluate new equipment/techniques.
• Analyze production performance data and respond to requests.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and ensure policy compliance.
