Job summary

OnTrac in Colorado Springs seeks a Site Leader to drive strategic leadership and oversee daily warehouse operations onsite at our facility. You will manage personnel, implement processes, and sustain a positive work culture to maximize efficiency and productivity.

The role reports to the Regional Director and requires 5+ years of management experience, with last-mile delivery knowledge and contractor collaboration.

Qualifications

• GED or Diploma required; bachelor's in logistics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience; 2 years in similar industry.
• 6 years in industry or related field; combination of experience and education.
• Last-mile or small parcel experience highly desired.
• Experience with an independent contractor model and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to inspire a shared vision and engage a team; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide facility management in development, production, promotion, and finances of services.
• Plan and budget according to corporate goals and objectives.
• Regularly evaluate operations and report results to Regional Ops and General Managers.
• Coach and manage performance, rewards, and productivity for hourly and salaried staff.
• Ensure adherence to the contract; collaborate with Vendors and ICs for accountability.
