Job summary

OnTrac is seeking an Operations Manager in Logan Township, NJ to lead daily warehouse operations and strategic initiatives. You will oversee personnel, implement processes, and sustain a positive work culture within the facility.

The role requires a strong track record in management, experience with last-mile or small parcel operations, and skilled negotiation with contractors to ensure efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• GED or Diploma required; bachelor's in Logistics preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience; 2+ years in similar industry or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• 6+ years in industry or related field; diverse experience valued.
• Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired.
• Experience with independent contractor models; strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to inspire a shared vision and empower a team.
• Strong organization and time-management skills with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct facility management in development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of services.
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
• Evaluate overall operations results and report to Regional Operations and General Managers.
• Coach, develop, reward and manage performance of hourly and salaried staff.
• Ensure adherence to the contract and collaborate with Vendors and Independent Contractors.
