OnTrac in Colorado Springs seeks a Site Leader to drive strategic leadership and oversee daily warehouse operations onsite at our facility. You will manage personnel, implement processes, and sustain a positive work culture to maximize efficiency and productivity.

The role reports to the Regional Director and requires 5+ years of management experience, with last-mile delivery knowledge and contractor collaboration.

Qualifications

• GED or Diploma required; bachelor's in logistics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience; 2 years in similar industry.
• 6 years in industry or related field; combination of experience and education.
• Last-mile or small parcel experience highly desired.
• Experience with an independent contractor model and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to inspire a shared vision and engage a team; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide facility management in development, production, promotion, and finances of services.
• Plan and budget according to corporate goals and objectives.
• Regularly evaluate operations and report results to Regional Ops and General Managers.
• Coach and manage performance, rewards, and productivity for hourly and salaried staff.

Location: 4510 Edison Ave., #199, Colorado Springs, CO 80915. This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $84,000 - 105,000, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $105,000 - 126,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Shift: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:0 PM. Hours subject to change based on business needs.

Employment Logistics:

As the Site Leader at OnTrac, you will report to the Regional Director. You will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership as well as overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse.

The Must-Haves:

• GED/Diploma required, bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred
• A minimum of 5 years’ management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired
• Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills
• Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team
• Strong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives
• Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly. Systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers
• Responsible for coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions
• Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability to the operating agreement
