Job summary

OnTrac in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Site Leader to oversee day-to-day operations at the facility and drive strategic performance. You will lead personnel, implement processes, and maintain a constructive work culture to boost efficiency.

The role reports to the General Manager and requires 5+ years of management experience, with last-mile or parcel operations experience preferred. Local onsite work and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• GED/Diploma is required; bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct facility management in development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of services.
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
• Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly; report to Regional Operations and General Managers.
