Job summary

OnTrac is seeking an Operations Manager in Bethel, PA to lead warehouse operations and strategic direction for the facility. You will oversee overall operations, staffing, budgeting, and performance, coordinating with the Regional General Manager.

Responsibilities include directing staffing plans, evaluating operational results, and maintaining contractor relationships to meet contract requirements. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on safe, efficient delivery services.

Qualifications

• GED/Diploma required; bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct facility management in development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services.
• Direct, plan, and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
• Evaluate results of overall operations and report to Regional Operations and General Managers.
• Maintain engineered staffing levels; coach, develop, reward, and manage performance for hourly and salaried staff.
• Ensure adherence to contract and manage relationships with Vendors and Independent Contractors.
