OnTrac is seeking an Operations Manager in Bethel, PA to lead warehouse operations and strategic direction for the facility. You will oversee overall operations, staffing, budgeting, and performance, coordinating with the Regional General Manager.

Responsibilities include directing staffing plans, evaluating operational results, and maintaining contractor relationships to meet contract requirements. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on safe, efficient delivery services.

Qualifications

• GED/Diploma required; bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct facility management in development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services.
• Direct, plan, and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
• Evaluate results of overall operations and report to Regional Operations and General Managers.
• Maintain engineered staffing levels; coach, develop, reward, and manage performance for hourly and salaried staff.
• Ensure adherence to contract and manage relationships with Vendors and Independent Contractors.

Job description

OnTrac is hiring an Operations Manager. Location: 9141 Old U.S 22, Bethel, PA 19507. Pay: $79,800 - $119,700 (depending on experience). Shift: Friday to Monday from 1:30pm to 12:00am (Schedule subject to change based on the needs of the business).

Employment Logistics As the Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the Regional General Manager. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the units and team members within the facility. As the Site Lead Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations, as well as any satellite projects, as necessary.

The Must-Haves

• GED/Diploma required, bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred
• A minimum of 5 years management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired
• Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills

• Ensure adherences to all aspects of the contract and work with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability to the operating agreement
