Job summary

OnTrac is hiring an Operations Manager in South Brunswick, NJ. The role requires strong leadership, process optimization, and a focus on performance management to drive efficiency in overnight operations.

You will oversee personnel, implement strategic processes, and maintain a positive work culture at the warehouse. The position is onsite with a PM shift and competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

GED/Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred.
Minimum 5 years of management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

Guide and direct facility management in development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services.
Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly. Systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers.
Responsible for coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions.
Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability to the operating agreement.
