Job summary

NAPA is seeking a capable operations associate at our Denver IBS location to support inventory, asset protection, and customer satisfaction. You will partner with site management to fulfill contract requirements, manage non-company line codes, and source parts from approved IBS vendors.

You will lead a small team, ensure safety and hazmat compliance, and leverage MS Office tools for reporting. A fast-paced environment requires proactive communication and reliable execution.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Ability to lead a small team and delegate tasks.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage inventory/ROI.
• Source parts via IBS vendors and maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and service levels.
• Maintain stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
• Operate POS system and catalog parts research online.
