Genuine Parts Company seeks a store manager for an IBS store, focusing on driving ROI, market penetration, and exceptional customer service. You will hire and develop quality personnel, set high performance standards, and ensure training resources are used to recognize employee achievements.

You will protect inventory, manage assets, and ensure cleanliness. You’ll implement IBS NAPA programs and work with the district office on controls and procurement, building relationships with vendors.

Qualifications

• Leadership in automotive after-market service, preferably in parts/retail.
• Strong customer service focus and communication.
• Knowledge of store services and inventory practices.
• Proven ability to coach and develop employees.
• Ability to manage procurement and pricing with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store sales performance daily, weekly, monthly, and YTD.
• Identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• Develop strong customer relationships and maintain high service levels.
• Address customer questions promptly and accurately.
• Supervise and coach store employees; recognize performance.
• Ensure procedures minimize inventory shrinkage and protect assets.
• Receive and store merchandise accurately and timely.
