NAPA Auto Parts in Bellmawr, NJ is seeking a Site Manager/IBS leader to oversee daily operations, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. You will develop high-performance teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure adherence to contract requirements to maximize value for customers.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced automotive aftermarket environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or college degree a plus.
• ASE certified within twelve months.
• Ability to manage two or more people, prioritize and delegate.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership in automotive aftermarket environments.
• Proficient in MS Office and parts research tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide management assistance and leadership at IBS location(s).
• Ensure inventory protection and asset management; maintain cleanliness.
• Develop strategies with customer management to maximize IBS value.
• Source parts via approved IBS vendors and manage non-company line codes.
• Maintain vendor relationships and respond to customer questions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and service levels.
