Job summary

NAPA is seeking a hands-on IBS Site Manager in Bellmawr, NJ, to lead a small team, manage inventory, and strengthen customer satisfaction. You will use approved IBS vendors, ensure timely stock entry, and monitor service levels with the customer team to maximize overall value.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE certification within 12 months.
• Ability to manage two or more people, prioritize and delegate.
• Strong communication skills and detail oriented.
• Experience in automotive after-market industry preferred (parts dept, dealer, jobber, fleet).
• Knowledge of store services and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory protection and asset management.
• Satisfy customers and respond to questions about purchases and services.
• Maintain timely and accurate merchandise receiving and put-away in stockroom.
• Build relationships with local vendors and negotiate pricing/inventory terms.
• Ensure service level goals are met per IBS agreements.
• Oversee safety, hazmat training, and daily reconciliation tasks.
