Job summary

Napa is seeking a Site Supervisor at our Oklahoma City IBS location to lead a small team and manage inventory, customer satisfaction, and vendor relationships. You will ensure accurate receiving, proper stock placement, and adherence to safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE certified within twelve months.
• Ability to manage two or more people and delegate.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Detail oriented with inventory control experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and manage on-site operations.
• Oversee inventory management and ROI tracking.
• Develop vendor relationships and negotiate pricing/inventory terms.
• Ensure compliance with IBS policies and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Site Manager on daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations.
• Safeguard assets and ensure accurate stock placement and receiving.
