Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks an experienced Site Manager to provide management support at a company-owned Integrated Business Solutions location. You will develop personnel, uphold high performance standards, protect inventory, and ensure clean, safe operations while fostering strong customer-staff relationships.

Lead a team, manage two or more people, and coordinate with customer management to meet contract goals. ASE certification readiness and strong office skills are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE certification within twelve months.
• Ability to manage two or more people, prioritize and delegate to team members.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in automotive after-market industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and using internet for parts research and sourcing.

• Maintain and develop local non-NAPA vendor relationships
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Ensure operation meets customer expectations and contract requirements

• Ensure timely and accurate merchandise receiving and stock placement
• Create a safe work environment and ensure hazmat training is completed
