Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Site Lead, Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for integrated facilities and workplace services at a major client site. You will oversee safety, efficiency, and compliance while aligning with CBRE standards and client objectives.

You will manage a cross-functional team across facilities, engineering, projects, finance, quality, and safety, reporting to the Director of Operations. This is an on-site role five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading facilities management, operations, or related fields.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and client relationships.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance experience.
• Ability to lead through change and drive organizational results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team of managers and service providers.
• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor for site operations.
• Provide leadership across facilities operations, engineering, workplace services, and projects.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Promote quality, compliance, and risk management across the site.
• Lead relationships with vendors and oversee capital projects and initiatives.
