Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Site Lead, Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for integrated facilities and workplace services at a major client site in the United States.

You will be accountable for overall site performance, leading cross-functional teams across facilities operations, engineering, workplace services, projects, finance, quality, compliance, health and safety, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in facilities management, operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional operations and teams.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team of managers, technical professionals, and service providers.
• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor for site operations.
• Provide leadership across facilities operations, engineering, workplace services, projects, quality, compliance, and support functions.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and operational discipline and readiness for audits.
• Oversee relationships with vendors, contractors, and service partners and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and budget.
