Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 5–8 years in facilities/ops or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional operations and teams.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and operational performance.
• Proven ability to lead through change and drive results.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across facilities operations, engineering, workplace services, projects, finance, quality, compliance, health and safety, and client engagement.
• Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor for site operations; manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide leadership across facilities operations, engineering, workplace services, projects, quality, and compliance; ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and financial performance; drive efficiency.
• Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and risk management; readiness for audits.
• Oversee relationships with vendors, contractors, and service partners; ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery.
