Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Indianapolis seeks a Site Lead, Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for integrated facilities and workplace services at a major client site. You will be accountable for overall site performance, leading cross-functional teams and managing safety, compliance, and client engagement.

The role reports to the Director of Operations, is on-site five days per week, and focuses on continuous improvement and exceptional workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of leadership in facilities.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional operations and teams.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Professional FM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team of managers and technicians across facilities operations.
• Drive client engagement and strategic planning with stakeholders.
• Ensure services delivered safely, compliantly, and to CBRE standards.
• Monitor budgets, forecast spending, and drive cost optimization.
• Oversee vendor relationships and capital projects from start to finish.
• Promote quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
