Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Site Lead, Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for a major client site in Indianapolis. You will oversee facilities operations, engineering, workplace services, projects, and safety, while ensuring alignment with CBRE standards and client objectives.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and lead a high-performing team focused on operational excellence, risk management, and client satisfaction at a five-day onsite position.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of leadership experience in facilities management, operations, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex operations.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and operational performance.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve organizational results.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for integrated facilities and workplace services at a major client site.
• Lead cross-functional teams across facilities operations, engineering, workplace services, projects, finance, quality, compliance, health and safety, and client engagement.
• Be the primary site leader ensuring services are delivered safely, compliantly, and in alignment with CBRE standards.
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Promote quality, compliance, and risk management across all site activities.
• Oversee vendor relationships, projects, and performance to deliver on time and within budget.
