Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of leadership experience in facilities management, operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional operations and teams.
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and operational performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive results.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

• Drive service excellence through performance management and standardization.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Monitor spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive productivity.
• Support capital planning and project prioritization.
• Ensure financial controls and procurement practices are followed.
• Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and risk management.
• Oversee vendor relationships, oversee capital projects, and monitor delivery.
