Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a hands-on Plant/Operations Leader for our Omaha site. You will be on the floor with operations and hourly staff to drive safety and high performance, with overall accountability for the site and a supportive reporting line to regional management.

We value a chemistry/chemical distribution background, strong leadership, and familiarity with process safety requirements. Travel is minimal, and the role offers long-term stability and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership background is important and should include prior management experience.
• Experience in chemical distribution or a related field is preferred.
• PSM (process safety management) experience is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of DOT/TCEQ regulations is important for site compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations with a strong focus on safety and performance.
• Work on the floor with operations and hourly personnel to push for high standards.
• Report to a regional manager; travel will be minimal.
