Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. seeks a strong site leader for our Omaha chemical distribution plant. You will oversee daily operations, drive safety and performance, and work hands-on with floor staff to meet production and quality goals.

This role reports to a regional manager, with travel minimal. We offer stability, healthcare, 401(k) with matching, tuition reimbursement, and bonus targets up to 2x, plus a 10-week management training program.

Qualifications

• Leadership background with prior management experience.
• Experience in chemicals, distribution or related field.
• PSM (process safety management) exposure is highly desirable.
• Familiar with DOT/TCEQ regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and safety performance.
• Lead hourly floor personnel and coordinate with operations.
• Drive high safety standards and peak performance on site.
• Report to regional manager; travel is minimal.
