Gables Search Group is seeking a seasoned site leader for a chemical operations site in the Omaha area. The role requires hands-on leadership on the plant floor, partnering with operations and hourly staff to drive safety excellence and high performance.

The successful candidate will report to the regional manager and travel will be minimal. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background in chemicals, with familiarity in DOT/TCEQ regulations and a track record of safety-focused

Qualifications

• Must have leadership background with prior management experience.
• Experience in chemicals, ideally chemical distribution.
• PSM (process safety management) experience is a huge plus.
• Knowledge of DOT/TCEQ regulations.
