Job summary

ATC Drivetrain is seeking a Manager, Warehouse in Oklahoma City to lead the warehouse management functions, including planning, storage, control, and distribution to meet company and customer requirements. The role directs shipping, receiving, and inventory control across a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, improving warehouse processes, and ensuring policy adherence to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards, while maintaining safety, housekeeping, and budgetary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline preferred.
• Five years’ experience in a multi-warehouse environment with warehousing experience in large warehouses (100,000 sf or larger).
• Lean manufacturing experience to ensure efficient delivery of products to operations.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite and computerized materials management systems.
• Certifications in APIC's or Purchasing Management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate and manage receiving, shipping, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Develop and maintain warehouse storage flow and delivery to production lines.
• Maintain inventories and ensure accuracy of inventory.
• Supervise physical inventory and personnel performance.
• Drive improvements in warehouse methods, space utilization, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate timely, accurate, damage-free shipments and interface with other divisions.
