Job summary

GPC is seeking an IBS Operations Manager in Oklahoma City, OK to lead management, inventory protection, and asset control within a company-owned IBS location. You will drive customer value, develop staff, and coordinate with management to meet service levels and vendor standards.

The role requires a HS diploma, ASE within 12 months, and strong leadership and communication. Expect a fast-paced environment with safety and compliance focus, driven by customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or college degree a plus.
• ASE certification within 12 months.
• Ability to manage two or more people and delegate tasks.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• Leadership in automotive after-market industry preferred.
• Knowledge of store services and high integrity expected.
• Capable of coaching and driving high performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer satisfaction and inventory protection.
• Coordinate ROI and value tracking for IBS program.
• Develop vendor relationships and optimize pricing/service.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and policy.
• Lead daily operations with site manager and teams.
• Oversee hazmat training and safety compliance.
• Maintain proper line codes and POS usage.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Site Manager.
