Job summary

SpartanNash in Oklahoma City is seeking a supervisor to oversee day-to-day inventory control, ensure policy compliance, and drive timely reporting and process improvements.

You will lead a team of inventory associates, schedule work, review variances, optimize warehouse layout, and ensure safety, training, and SOX compliance across the operation.

This role requires leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three years warehouse distribution experience including one year in Inventory Control.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day inventory control activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Schedule and assign work to inventory control staff and manage workload.
• Review variances and analyze high-cost items for resolution.
• Lead safety, housekeeping and security in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management.
• Ensure SOX and internal audit requirements are met.
