Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads, hiring, coaching, and developing staff while fostering a safety-first culture.
• Drive scheduling and inventory management to meet performance targets and deploy best practices across the network.
• Analyze data to guide resource allocation, workflow, and warehouse organization; lead process-improvement projects as needed.
• Ensure a exceptional customer experience by coaching the team to achieve high order accuracy and fast fulfillment, coordinating with cross-functional partners.
