Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads ISS Facility Operations and Soft Service employees.
• Interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff; assign work and manage performance.
• Ensure site runs smoothly with a clean, safe, customer-centric environment; cover shifts as needed.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate with accounts to maintain service quality.
