Qualifications

• Experience as a team lead or supervisor in commercial cleaning.
• Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support nightly cleaning operations across multiple client sites
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations
• Train new employees and reinforce cleaning procedures
• Cover shifts or assist teams when needed
• Deliver supplies, monitor inventory, and coordinate restocking
• Communicate with management regarding site conditions, staffing, and equipment needs
• Manage priorities and adjust schedules to complete work on time
• Perform hands-on cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, sanitation)
• Maintain a professional presence in client environments
