Job summary

Adecco Group on a large site seeks a Site Manager to lead a shift, directing supervisors, technicians and personnel to meet production goals and safety standards. You will implement procedures, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–3 years supervising production teams, and strong capabilities in Lean/Six Sigma, data analysis and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory/management experience of production staff.
• Experience with manufacturing or process management (e.g. 5S, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong communication, problem solving and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive production staff performance by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
• Coach, counsel, discipline, motivated, encourage and train entry level employees.
• Maintain staff by training employees; and developing personal growth opportunities
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repair: evaluate new equipment and techniques
• Provide operational information by compiling, initiating, sorting and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures Operate with complex spreadsheets
