Job summary

Firstsource is seeking a Site Lead to oversee on-site operations for a multimodal data collection research project across East Bay locations. You will manage sessions, coordinate with instructors and staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role requires proactive problem solving, strong communication, and reliable independent work across multiple sites with travel between locations in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, event coordination, field operations, research operations, or administrative program support

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, logistics, and day-to-day session operations; ensure sessions run on time and as planned
• Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, onsite staff, instructors, and project teams
• Oversee participant onboarding, attendance tracking, engagement, and session continuity
• Ensure site readiness before each session; verify facilities, equipment, compliance, and safety standards
• Monitor data collection quality and operational standards during live sessions
• Maintain project documentation, records, attendance logs, and reporting for remote operations team
• Identify and resolve operational challenges in real time without waiting for direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery
