Job summary

VENU+ is seeking a Site Operations Lead for Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, IL. This seasonal role supports daily operations, helps with event logistics, guest interactions, and equipment functionality to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable guest experience.

Responsibilities include leading daily workflows, scheduling, coaching staff, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating with park leadership. Strong communication, multitasking, and basic computer skills are required, with weekend

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2–4 years of leadership experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Weekend work availability is a must.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily workflow, create schedules, and delegate tasks to team members.
Inspire and motivate employees through positive coaching and performance initiatives.
Analyze complex situations and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
Act as a liaison between park leadership and guests to resolve concerns promptly.
Maintain a clean and orderly area by removing spills and debris around assigned locations.
Assist with repairs and maintenance of amusement, mobility, and locker products.
Monitor operations to identify opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Prepare operational reports as requested by management.
