Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in entertainment or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain equipment, including arcade games and locker kiosk systems, ensuring they are in proper working condition for guests to enjoy.
• Guide and entertain guests, explaining game rules, controls, and strategies.
• Keep the assigned area clean, tidy, and organized, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Ensure the redemption center is well-stocked.
• Guide guest through an array of enticing prizes, ensuring they leave with unforgettable memories.
