Amazon New Orleans metro area is hiring a Lead Associate to support our fastest delivery operation. You'll help manage daily tasks, foster a customer-obsessed culture, and ensure safe, efficient site operations across multiple nearby sites within 10 miles.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced warehouse setting, willingness to learn, and commitment to delighting customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• On site for entire shift and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Support, motivate, and model desired behavior for the rest of the team.
• Manage operational processes, safety, quality, performance, and customer delivery promises per Regional guidance.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized workspace.
• Provide ongoing training on systems and equipment and identify training needs.
• Provide feedback and assist associates, including training, deploying labor, and ensuring breaks.
