Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Lead Associate to join our fastest delivery operation. You’ll help enhance the customer shopping experience with strong attention to detail, prioritization, and a willingness to learn.

The role requires open availability seven days a week and flexibility to work at various sites within 10 miles of the primary Operations site, with onboarding that may occur at a nearby Amazon site. You’ll train, mentor, and ensure safe, organized operations while delivering results.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for 12-hour shifts.
• Work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Support, motivate, and model desired behavior for the team.
• Manage processes, safety, quality, performance, and delivery promises per RM guidance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Provide ongoing training on systems, equipment, and operations.
• Provide feedback and assist associates in solving issues; manage breaks and lunches.
• Handle inventory processes including receiving, stocking, replenishing, and preparation for delivery.
• Collaborate with associates and delivery partners for smooth operations.
