Spotless Brands is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for our Lynchburg car wash. You will support the Site Manager by supervising frontline teammates, coordinating daily operations, and delivering an excellent customer experience at a busy site.

This role offers growth into site management, exposure to both car wash and lube services, and a pathway from training to leadership readiness; exempt or hourly depending on location, with responsibilities across safety and operations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year supervision experience in a car wash or retail environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to meet certification standards.
• Valid driver’s license preferred depending on location and duties.
• Able to pass background checks as per company policy.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise frontline team during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Model expected service behaviors and brand standards.
• Coach and provide real-time feedback to team members.
• Assist in onboarding and training new hires.
• Support a One Team Spotless Brand culture and safety compliance.
