Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in car wash or customer-focused retail.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (where applicable).
• Must pass background check as per policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline team during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Model and reinforce expected service behaviors and brand standards.
• Provide coaching, real-time feedback, and recognition to team members.
• Assist Site Manager in onboarding and training new team members.
• Support a One Team Spotless Brand culture and align with standards.
