Campbell Soup Company in Ashland, OH is seeking an Associate Director, Site Operations to lead a 120+ person Campbell’s Snacks bakery site producing Pepperidge Farms and Archway cookies. The role drives safety, quality, maintenance, cost control, and employee engagement while transforming the operation into a high-performing, team-based organization.

Formación

• HS Degree or GED required.
• 8+ years of manufacturing and supply chain experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations or Business Management is a nice-to-have.
• Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Equipment Reliability, and Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain interfaces is beneficial.
• Prior experience managing non-union/union environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily plant operations through direct reports.
• Ensure safety, employee engagement, and talent development.
• Align goals with the plant vision and drive flawless execution.
• Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the plant.
• Foster continuous improvement in production, quality, and cost.
• Collaborate with functions to drive plant initiatives and measure performance.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and improve productivity.
• Monitor KPIs and lead cross-functional teams to implement action plans.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental policies.
• Establish governance and a zero-loss mindset across the site.
