Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in the United States seeks a senior leader to drive the development and deployment of technical capability programs that improve process health, product design and manufacturability, and deliver consistent product quality across Campbell's Snacks brands.

You will lead a team of technical service leads, industrialization leads, and quality engineers to ensure successful scale up and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• B.A. degree in Food Science, engineering or comparable technical degree required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of process development / engineering / manufacturing operations / project management experience.
• 75% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Sets direction and aligns risk profiles for active projects with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage a technical readiness playbook.
• Ensure processes deliver repeatable results and cost targets.
• Establish post-launch scorecards and risk action forums.
• Develop loss model standards to improve margin and quality.
• Create training blocks for critical technical roles.
• Advance technical maturity through capability benchmarks and diagnostics.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver results through continuous improvement.
• Oversee safety and sanitary rules in the workplace.
